- VP Steam Spa reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
- Because our facilities are by appointment only, for your enjoyment, and same-day/less than 24-hour appointments are not available, gift certificates cannot be redeemed the day of expiration. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks before your gift certificate expires.
