What is a Lingam Steaming?

Lingam steaming is the male equivalent to Yoni or Vaginal steaming. It is the practice of sitting over a gently steaming, all-natural herbal infusion specifically selected for its benefits to the male body. Our herbs have been carefully chosen for either their supportive actions to the male sexual organs or for their calming and nourishing properties to the skin. Lingam steaming can be used to help tone and cleanse the muscles around the perineum, it can help support the prostate gland and it can provide men with a chance to relax and connect deeply to their bodies and inner “maleness.”

What to Expect

Men can wear a steaming gown from the waist down or one that covers from the neck down to trap the steam. In a private space, you’ll sit on a seat with an opening over a gently steaming pot of reverse osmosis water that has been infused with your healing blend of organic herbs. Ten minutes into your steam, we’ll bring you a complimentary drink of your choice. This is your time to relax and reconnect with your body and mind. The healing power of the herbal steam will also work to put you in a deep state of relaxation. Your session will last up to 30 minutes.
